In a stylish statement, Carlos Alcaraz congratulated Jannik Sinner on winning the Canadian Open. On Sunday, Sinner defeated Alex de Minaur in straight sets to win his first ATP Masters 1000 championship. Alex de Minaur was unable to contain Sinner throughout the match.

Sinner won the second tournament of the year by breaking his opponent’s serve five times.The current Wimbledon champion, Alcaraz, who lost to Tommy Paul in the Canadian Open quarterfinals,  wrote him a congratulations message on Instagram.

Alcaraz wrote on Instagram: “You deserve it Jannik! So happy for you.”
