Stefanos Tsitsipas And His Coach Philippoussis

Stefanos Tsitsipas made a very important decision when he decided to ask Mark Philippoussis to be back in his coaching team. However, in this case, it seems that the Australian coach will take the leadership in Stefanos’ team. This does not mean that Tsitsipas father, Apostolos, will be completely out of the picture, as he will stay behind the scenes. In the following video, Stefanos

Tsitsipas revealed:

“I definitely needed an ex-professional tennis player in my team and that was something that I felt, at times that I was lacking around me. My father is also behind-the-scenes. He’s supporting us, supporting this decision of mine. Well, we are planning to keep on working
together. Well, we are planning to keep on working together, some with Mark, some with my father.

I don’t want my father to be out of the picture. He’s someone that has led the path and crafted me as a tennis player.”
