Even if Rafael Nadal was in supreme form at this beginning of the season, the King of Clay didn’t manage to win a title so far after losing in the final at the Australian Open, and he withdrew in the Indian Wells semifinal before playing against Roger Federer because of a knee injury.
Eventually, Nadal decided to skip the Miami Open to prepare the clay court season that is the crucial moment of Rafa’s season. The King of Clay is already swinging furiously on the dirt, and his Academy posted a video of Rafa training.
