Tennis prodigy Yibing Wu collapsed at the Mubadala Citi DC Open just a few weeks after his terrifying Wimbledon incident. At SW19, he was about to faint while suffering an unidentified medical issue.
In Washington, Wu was leading Yosuke Watanuk 4-1 but was forced to leave the game after his mishap. We are still waiting for an update as the story is developing.
Unfortunately Wu Yibing has been forced to retire, sending Yosuke Watanuki through, 1-4 RET.

Now the world no.90, Wu played his last match on the 31st of July when he had to retire when playing against world no.99 Yousuke Watanuki in the 1st round and the scoreline was 1-4 .
Until now, during this year Yibing has managed to achieve an overall 17-16 win-loss record. This year, Yibing conquered 1 tournament in Dallas. The Chinese got to the final in the Cleveland Challenger.
He is also scheduled to play in Winston-Salem (Winston-Salem Open) on the 20th of August and U.S. Open (U.S. Open) on the 28th of August.
