Stefanos Tsitsipas impresses in his 3rd round match at the Miami Open after playing an extremely solid and “mature” match against Leonardo Mayer.
The match
The Greek was in complete control of his service games and he never conceded a single break point for the entire contest. Therefore the match was decided by Stefanos conquering 1 break point per set. Tsitsipas broke Mayer in the 3rd game of the opening set and the 9th game of the second set before winning 6-4 6-4 in 94 minutes.
The only aspect of the game that wasn’t great for the world no.10 was that he converted just 2 break points of 11.
