Emma Raducanu And Her Father As A Coach

Emma Raducanu is well known for changing coaches continuously. However, according to her agent, Max Eisenbud, this is something that has been happening since Emma started playing competitions. Apparently, the British sensation has never had coaches for a long period of time.

Raducanu sacked coach Andrew Richardson after winning her first Grand Slam championship as an 18-year-old qualifier at the 2021 US Open. Some people are still perplexed by Raducanu’s choice, which she made soon after making tennis history at Flushing Meadows two years ago. Eisenbud defended the 20-year-old by asserting that Henman and her father helped the Englishwoman win the 2021 US Open.

Eisenbud said on The Tennis Podcast: “Andrew Richardson is a great guy and a very good coach, and he was definitely part of that success, but so was Tim Henman, who was really helping her a lot. And quite frankly, her dad was the one putting in a lot of the game plans for the matches.
