Andrei Rublev of Russia won the Swedish Open after defeating Casper Ruud in the championship match. The 25-year-old has moved closer to the fourth slot in the rankings after winning his second championship of the year.

The Wimbledon quarterfinalist was happy that he had won the championship. So he made the decision to visit a club in Bastad to celebrate the victory. He ended up doing some interesting acts when he went to the nightclub that everyone found interesting.

Now the world no.7, Rublev achieved a 40-14 record in 2023. Rublev is now having a run in Hamburg where he ousted the world no.54 Bernabe Zapata Miralles 5-7 6-1 7-67.

Andrey Rublev will come up against the world no.61 Daniel Altmaier in the 2nd round on Thursday at 5:00 pm on CENTER COURT. They have never played each other till now on the main tour.

The Russian has won 2 titles in 2023 in Monte-Carlo and Bastad. Rublev got to the final in Dubai (Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships), in Banja Luka (Srpska Open) and in Halle (Terra Wortmann Open).
