Tennis legend Serena Williams is ready to have her second child. Despite her pregnancy and growing baby belly, the tennis player and symbol of women’s sports continues her tough training schedule in order to maintain her top physical condition. On her YouTube page, Serena shared a video of her workout routine with her followers.

She did a variety of exercises, including planks, which are a core-strengthening exercise that calls for extreme strength and balance. In the video, Serena holds the posture with ease, dispelling the myth that pregnancy makes it difficult to exercise. Serena Williams, however, acknowledges that it’s a difficult challenge. She speaks openly about the difficulties she faces trying to be active while pregnant. It is a really difficult thing to do, she remarked. Her sincere feelings and will to keep moving on in spite of any challenges are captured in the film.
