Lorenzo Musetti is facing Elias Ymer in the first round in Hamburg, Germany. The Italian sensation is one of the favorites to win this tournament, where he is also the defending champion. Currently ranked no.18, Musetti played his last match on the 22nd of July when he capitulated to world no.4 Casper Ruud 6-3 7-5 in the semifinal in Bastad (draw).
This season Musetti has managed to achieve a compiled 24-17 match record. Lorenzo Musetti’s most significant result of the current year was getting to the final in Australia.
