Bianca Andreescu conquered the heart of many Canadians after winning the Indian Wells tournament on Sunday.
The 18-year-old took full advantage of a wild card conceded by the organization to conquer the title after defeating Angelique Kerber in a tense final.

The Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, didn’t miss the opportunity to give his congratulations to Bianca to post a very nice tweet stating
“From a wild card to the Indian Wells champion – Bianca Andreescu just made history. Congratulations, @Bandreescu_! #BiancaRising”
Bianca replied “Thank you so much. It’s an honour to play for this amazing country.”
