Alcaraz won his first Wimbledon championship by defeating Novak Djokovic in a thrilling five-set match that captured the attention of the entire world, especially of his countrymen.

The 20-year-old has defeated Djokovic’s dominance at the All England Club and is a two-time Grand Slam champion. The seven-time champion, who was vying for his fifth consecutive championship, had not lost on Centre Court in ten years.

Alcaraz arrived at his press conference in good spirits and was greeted by cheers from the gathering journalists. He drank some water and looked over to see three Spanish reporters seated in the front row, all of whom were wearing his now-famous bucket hat.

in the final in Wimbledon to win his 12th career title.
