Ons Jabeur warns Elena Rybakina that she wants to avenge the 2022 Wimbledon final.

Ons Jabeur aims for revenge against Elena Rybakina in Wimbledon's quarterfinals, following her 2022 defeat in the final.

Ons Jabeur And Elena Rybakina

Ons Jabeur, 28, acknowledges that her goal versus Elena Rybakina at Wimbledon is “revenge.” In the Wimbledon quarterfinal, No. 6 seed Jabeur will take against No. 3 seed Elena Rybakina. Rybakina’s 3-6 6-2 6-2 victory over Jabeur in the Wimbledon final last year prevented her from winning a Grand Slam title.

Now, a rematch between Rybakina and Jabeur is scheduled for The Championships. The 2022 Wimbledon final defeat clearly upset Jabeur, and there is no question that she will exert every effort to defeat Rybakina this time.

Ons revealed: “It’s a difficult match, you know. I’m probably going for my revenge.

It was a difficult final last year. It’s going to bring a lot of memories. I’m hoping to play like today and, you know, just get the win because she’s an amazing player. And you can see she’s like boom boom all the time. She had no mercy on her. So let’s see what’s going to happen”.
