Matteo Berrettini can challenge Novak Djokovic for the Wimbledon title, according to Zverev.

Matteo Berrettini has finally found his best tennis after struggling for so long with all sorts of injuries. The Italian player dismissed Alexander Zverev in straight sets in the Wimbledon 3rd round. Matteo played so well that, according to the German player, he can win the Wimbledon title, challenging the likes of Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz, who are considered the top favorites.

Alexander Zverev revealed: “I told him that he can win the tournament if he plays like this, in my opinion. Of course, there are other players that are great. He’s playing Alcaraz next. I think he’s a great player as well. But if he plays like this, to be honest, he has chances against anybody.”
