Denis Shapovalov and Felix Auger Aliassime are great friends and always support each other also and especially during the tough moments.
Auger Aliassime losing to Nishioka
Felix had to face a very tough loss in the 3rd round of Indian Wells against a fantastic Yoshihito Nishioka after he was leading 7-6 2-0.
Eventually, the die-hard Japanese managed to win the second set (6-4) to then conquer a 5-1 lead in the decider. At that point, Felix had an outstanding comeback, and after saving 3 match points, he managed to recover and bring the fight to the breaker. The 18-year-old from Canada clinched a 5-3 lead in the tiebreak, but then he lost 4 consecutive points, and Nishioka won the match 6-7 (2) 6-4 7-6 (5) after 2 hours and 55 minutes.
