David Ferrer has won his 3rd title of the year in Acapulco after defeating Kei Nishikori in straight sets. David has an incredible 18-1 win loss record in 2015 and interesting enough the only match he has lost was against Nishikori in Melbourne.
David played a great match in the Acapulco final racing in both sets (4-1 in the first and 3-0 in the second) to finally win 6-3 7-5 in 1 hour and 49 minutes. Match Stats.
Tis is Ferrer’s 24th career title and he is definitely going for more.
After this match both Ferrer and Nishikori will go to Indian Wells to play the Master1000.
