Grigor Dimitrov talks about Carlos Alcaraz’s weaknesses.

Grigor Dimitrov identified cracks in Carlos Alcaraz's game, but he remains humble and believes his weakness doesn't guarantee a win in their next match.

Grigor Dimitrov And Carlos Alcaraz

Grigor Dimitrov played against Carlos Alcaraz on 3 occasions, losing all 3 times and not being able to win a single set against the Spanish sensation. Nevertheless, the Bulgarian player explained during an interesting interview with Inews that he managed to identify some cracks in the game of World No. 1.

Grigor Dimitrov is always quite humble, and when disclosing his opinion, he maintained that identifying Carlitos’s weakness does not mean that he will beat him the next time they play against each other. This is what he said:

“He’s also playing a very fearless game at the moment, and I think that that also creates a lot of pressure for the players on the other end. it could be 15-all or 15-30, you know that the ball is going to come with some sort of interest. That’s a very taxing way to play the sport.

So that’s why I’m very curious to see what’s going to be in the future, how he’s going to unfold that part of the game, because also to stay that intense through such a long period of time throughout the match is not one of easiest things that a player can do. I’m not saying I’m gonna beat him the next match I play. However, I feel like there’s things that I’ve learned and could potentially rattle him more and you never know. So that’s why I think this and I would love to keep on playing honestly against him. And also I learned a lot about my game.”
