Just Stop Oil eco protesters live up to their idiocy by disrupting Grigor Dimitrov and Sho Shimabukuro’s match in Wimbledon. During the match between Shimabukuro Grigor Dimitrov, 68-year-old retired teacher Deborah Wilde and 66-year-old former musician Simon Milner-Edwards ran onto Court 18, flinging orange confetti, glitter, and jigsaw pieces on the grass.
Their protest came despite a massive security effort in SW19 seeking to prevent disruption, which caused play to be postponed as authorities picked up the pieces.
