Alexander Zverev didn’t help his PR when he decided to pose in front of a private jet, highlighting to his fans how he intends to fly to London. Nowadays there is a huge movement to protect our environment from many people and flying private is not very “fashionable,” to say the least. Unfortunately, the German champion was heavily criticized by his fans for the following post. Probably he was paid for it, or he got a discount from the company, but it was great from a PR point of view.
A fan wrote: “Private jets are part of what is putting human life on earth in danger. You should be ashamed to use it.”
Another one: “I’m really disappointed to see you using a private jet.”
And another one: “Maybe not so smart posing in front of a private jet in times of climate change … without trying to be moral dude…”

Ranked world no.21, Zverev played his last match on the 24th of June when he lost to world no.26 Alexander Bublik 6-3 7-5 in the semifinal in Halle (draw).
This season Zverev has an overall 24-16 record. Alexander Zverev’s most significant achievement of the current year was getting to the semifinal in Dubai, Geneva, at the French Open and Halle.
Zverev is scheduled to compete next at the Wimbledon (Wimbledon). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 3rd of July.
