Alexander Bublik withdraws from Mallorca before Wimbledon campaign

Alexander Bublik won his second career title in Halle, defeating Andre Rublev in the final. He decided not to play in Mallorca to rest and be fit for Wimbledon next week.

Alexander Bublik won his second career title on Sunday in Halle after defeating Andre Rublev in the final. The player from Kazakhstan was meant to play in Mallorca this week, but eventually he decided not to compete in order to rest and be fully fit for Wimbledon, which will start next week. Alexander Bublik was replaced by Arthur Rinderknech, who will face Albert Ramos-Vinolas.
