Daniil Medvedev in 2023
Now the world no.3, the Russian played his last match on the 15th of June when he capitulated to world no.52 Adrian Mannarino 4-6 6-4 6-2 in the 2nd round in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (draw).
During this season the Russian owns a composed 39-7 win-loss record. The Russian clinched 5 titles in 2023 in Rotterdam, Doha, Dubai, Miami and Rome. Daniil was the finalist in Indian Wells.
Medvedev will play next in Halle (Terra Wortmann Open). He will begin to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 19th of June.
Stefanos Tsitsipas in 2023
At the moment ranked no.5, Tsitsipas played his last match on the 15th of June when he was defeated by world no.55 Richard Gasquet 7-6(8) 2-6 7-5 in the 2nd round in Stuttgart (draw).
During this season the Greek has achieved a compiled 31-10 record. Stefanos Tsitsipas’s most significant performance of the current season was getting to the final at the Australian Open and Barcelona.
Tsitsipas has scheduled to play next in Halle (Terra Wortmann Open). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 19th of June using a wild card.
Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas clashed against each other 12 times. Their current record is 8-4 for Medvedev. The last time they played, Daniil Medvedev won 7-5 7-5 in the semifinal in Rome (Internazionali BNL d’Italia) on the 20th of May 2023.
