Stefanos Tsitsipas close to world no.2 in Year to Date rankings

Stefanos is already getting close to the very best

Stefanos Tsitsipas rankings

Stefanos Tsitsipas is the man of the moment.

After reaching a sensational semifinal at the Australian Open following his 4th round win over an in-form Roger Federer, the Greek won his second ATP title last week in Marseille.

After this feat, Stefanos is ranked world no.11 in the “traditional rankings” (the ones rolling over the last 53 weeks), and he is getting closer and closer to Rafael Nadal in the Year to Date rankings since he is 140 points away from the Spaniard that is no.2 in this special log.

Of course, we are only at the beginning of the year, but this kind of ranking is still an indication of how the year could be especially for young players.
