Tennis will be back in China, and Carlos Alcaraz decided to play a couple of events in Beijing and Shanghai. The tournament in Beijing will start on the 25th of September

Currently the world no.2, Alcaraz played his last match on the 9^th of June when he was defeated by world no.1 Novak Djokovic 6-3 5-7 6-1 6-1

in the semifinal of the French Open (draw).

During this season the Spaniard has an overall 35-4 win-loss record. Alcaraz clinched 4 titles in 2023 in Buenos Aires, Indian Wells, Barcelona and Madrid. Alcaraz got to the final in Rio de Janeiro.
