What a great day for Tereza Mihalikova that wins the Australian Open title (girls singles).

The 16-year-old from Slovakia had a tough match against 15-year-old Katie Swan from Britain.  Tereza was 6-1 1-4 when Katie asked for a medical time-out. From that moment the young Slovakian won 5 consecutive games to win the match 6-1 6-4. 

Mihalikova is the first Slovakian in tennis history to win the Australian Open junior title.
