Stefanos Tsitsipas On Alcaraz

Carlos Alcaraz demolished Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarterfinal of the French Open 6-2 6-1 7-65. With the exception of the end of the match, Carlitos’ supremacy was so strong that it was difficult not to be sorry for Tsitsipas. Nevertheless, during the press conference that followed the match, Stefanos Tsitsipas refused to say that Carlos Alcaraz played exceptionally.

“It wasn’t really that much fun out there in the first two sets. I felt completely off, kind of like sleeping in a way. He played great. I mean, I don’t think he played exceptional, but he played great. One thing that I’m going to try to avoid in the future is to have melatonin pills and naps before matches because it clearly doesn’t seem to be working,” said Tsitsipas.
