Djokovic is sick. Will he play in Melbourne?

Terrible news from Novak Djokovic’s camp as the world no.1 has been reported sick.

Nole didn’t appear yesterday in pre-event the press conference to raise some concerns. Today the organization confirmed that Djokovic “was not well” and he cancelled his practice session on Saturday to be re-scheduled on Sunday (but we can’t see his name in the practice schedule).

There are many speculations about Djokovic’s problems. The most likely one is sickness; some speculate it is an injury.

Few weeks ago Novak couldn’t play the Mubadala World Tennis Championship final due to an illness, we wonder if there is a connection with his problems in Melbourne.

Fortunately Djokovic has been scheduled to play his opener only Tuesday against Bedene, so at least Nole will have one more day to recover.

Let’s hope he will make it!
