On Tuesday, Mark Philippoussis posted on Instagram that he parted ways with Stefanos Tsitsipas. Tsitsipas’s father, Apostolos Tsitsipas, continues to coach him.
Mark released the following statement on Instagram: “@stefanostsitsipas98 thank for the opportunity of being a part of your team,” Philippoussis wrote. “It was a great ride and experience, I’m proud of what we achieved together in the short amount of time we had. I wish you health, happiness and success for your future, on and off the court! 🙏🏼💙”

Ranked no.5, Tsitsipas played his last match on the 20th of May when he lost to world no.2 Daniil Medvedev 7-5 7-5 in the semifinal in Rome (draw).
Currently, during this season the Greek has an overall 27-8 win-loss record. Stefanos Tsitsipas’s most significant achievement of the present season was reaching the final at the Australian Open and Barcelona.
Tsitsipas is scheduled to play next at the French Open (French Open). He will begin to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 28th of May.
