Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev are going to play in the 4th round of the Australian Open. They are scheduled to play on Monday at 7 pm at the Rod Laver Arena.
Djokovic
The world no.1 reached the 4th round of the Australian Open without impressing like he is used to. Novak defeated Mitchell Krueger 6-3 6-2 6-2, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 6-3 7-5 6-4, and Denis Shapovalov 6-3 6-4 4-6 6-0.
Medvedev
Ranked no.19, Daniil hasn’t dropped a single set in the Australian Open so far after beating Lloyd Harris 6-1 6-2 6-1, Ryan Harrison 6-3 6-3 6-3, and David Goffin 6-2 7-6 (3) 6-3. The Russian also reached the final in Brisbane after beating the likes of Andy Murray, Milos Raonic, and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
H2H Novak Djokovic vs. Daniil Medvedev
This will be the 3rd time that Novak and Daniil will face each other. The H2H is 2-0 for Djokovic that in theory is the favorite to reach the quarters, but he needs to play a bit better than what he did against Shapovalov.
