The number 34 player in the ATP rankings right now was visibly tense and, starting in the game’s second half, he broke three rackets, the last one coming shortly after the opponent’s exploited match point.

LLWLWWWLLW Currently ranked no.34, Nishioka played his last match on the 4th of May when he was overcome by world no.100 Daniel Elahi Galan Riveros 2-6 6-1 6-4 in the 2nd round of the Cagliari Challenger (draw).
