World no.2 Maria Sharapova is determined to have a great season in 2015.
The Russian Beauty had a shot last year at grabbing the world no.1 spot, but Serena secured it winning the season’s final e in Singapore.
Now it is time for Maria to have another shot at the very top of the rankings and everything starts from Brisbane where she is seeded no.1
Maria: I want to be the best
Sharapova commented “I just want to focus on matches and competing well and being the best player out there.
I want to start the year well. It’s nice to come back to Brisbane. It was my first time playing here last year. It’s one of the best tournaments and great preparation for all of us,”
