Rafael Nadal impresses with 2nd round win at the Australian Open

Rafael Nadal has another fantastic performance in the Australian Open 2nd round against the world no. 48 Matthew Ebden.

The Spanish sensation didn’t concede a single service game to the Australian to break his opponent 5 times before winning the contest 6-3 6-2 6-2 in 1 hour and 56 minutes.

After the contest, Rafa commented

“It’s been a very positive victory for me and I am happy the way I played.

I started a little bit slow, especially on the return side, and I think my serving was good from the beginning. Then I saved that game at 3-3. After that things changed. I think I play well.”

Nadal will face the world no. 29 Alex De Minaur in the 3rd round.
