Denis Shapovalov and Pablo Andujar are going to play in the 1st round of the Australian Open on Tuesday as the 3rd match at the 1573 Arena.

Ranked no.27, the 19-year-old is eager to have a great 2019 and get at least in the top20. Denis didn’t start the new season in the best possible way after he lost in the first round in Ackland at the hands of Joao Sousa 4-6 6-4 6-4 after he committed an incredible array of unforced errors. The Canadian will try to improve his 2018 Australian Open record when he lost in the second round at the hands of Jo-Wilfried Tsonga after a very entertaining match.
Andujar
Currently ranked no. 85, the Spaniard has been playing mainly at Challenger level and on clay courts. He had a 1-3 win-loss record on hard courts in 2018 and he has already a 0-2 win-loss record in 2019.
