Stefanos Tsitsipas lost again to Carlos Alcaraz on Sunday. This time, the Greek sensation had to bow in the Barcelona final, now trailing 0-4 against Alcaraz. Stefanos acknowledged that he played very well, but the Spanish youngster was just too good for him.

The world no.5 shared a lovely message on social media congratulating his young conqueror: “Congratulations Carlos on winning your second Barcelona title! Your hard work and dedication to the sport are an inspiration to all of us on the tour. It’s truly impressive to see how you have grown as a player and person, and you should be proud of all that you have accomplished.”
