Bad news from Marin Cilic as the US Open champion won’t be able to play in Brisbane because of an injury to his shoulder.
From his communicate it is clear that Marin is unsure about his participation to the Australian Open “I have to take a little break. I don`t know if it will it be for two, three or four weeks, but I’ll try my best to compete at the Australian Open.“
After Marin’s retirement from Brisbane, home favorite Marinko Matosevic will be admitted to the main draw.
