Ranked no.15, Stefanos wants to achieve 2 important goals in this Australian Open: reaching the semifinal and breaking in the top10. The Greek sensation has recently played in Sydney when he was seeded no.1, but he lost in the quarters to Andreas Seppi.
Tsitsipas is on a collision course with Roger Federer in Melbourne where they may play each other in the 4th round.
Berrettini
Ranked no.52, the Italian has a 1-2 record in 2019 after he lost in the first round in Doha to Roberto Bautista Agut and the second round in Auckland at the hands of Leonardo Mayer. Berrettini lost in the qualifications of the Australian Open last year, but then he accessed the main draw as a lucky loser. However, the Italian lost immediately in the first round at the hands of Adrian Mannarino.
