Stefanos Tsitsipas has a special relationship with Monte Carlo, where he has won two titles. In addition, the Greek sensation has chosen the Principality as his residence. Stefanos is used to training at the Monte Carlo Country Club. Therefore, he can see the ATP 1000 event in Monte Carlo as his home tournament. The organization of the event shared on social media a lovely video with Tsitsipas showing the city, pointing at an apartment he bought, and sharing his dream of owning a yacht.

At the moment ranked no.3 (career-high), the Greek played his last match on the 28th of March when he lost to world no.12 Karen Khachanov 7-6(4) 6-4 in the 4th round in Miami (draw).
At present, during this year Stefanos has managed to achieve a compiled 14-4 match record. Stefanos Tsitsipas’s best result of the current season was getting to the final at the Australian Open.
Tsitsipas is scheduled to compete next in Barcelona (Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell). He will start to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 17th of April.
