Roger Federer has fans from all over the world and there is a very special one in the US: Pete Sampras.
The American participated with Roger at the recent IPTL and he had once again the opportunity to see him playing to be impressed by his current form.
Pete was done at Federer’s age as he retired when he was 1 yea younger at 32, and he is absolutely astonished by the fact that Roger is still on the rise
Sampras: He is getting stronger and stronger…
The former world no.1 commented “He has put up some huge numbers there in a career that has been so phenomenal. And this year he added the Davis Cup. He is 33 and he is getting stronger day by day.”
… I can’t see him slowing down
Then he added “In the near future I don’t see Federer slowing down. As a player it is pure pleasure watching him.”
The Maestro will start the new season in Brisbane.
