Roberto Bautista Agut wins his 9th career title in Doha!
The Spaniard had a remarkable run in Qatar finding his way through an extremely tough draw. The world no.24 conquered this title after beating the likes of Stan Wawrinka, Novak Djokovic, and Tomas Berdych in the final.
Roberto defeated Berdych 6-4 3-6 6-3 in 1 hour and 55 minutes. After the match, the Spaniard commented
“It was a great start to the season. I wish to feel good physically, mentally, like I am now like I felt this week. And if this happens, I think I can get better in the Rankings, and why not be closer to the Top 10?”
