The most recent tennis player to make waves is Carlos Alcaraz, a 19-year-old. His outstanding ATP Tour results have been causing a stir. Despite the excitement around him, well-known coach Patrick Mouratoglou recently tweeted a perspective-altering statement. He said that, for the time being at least, Novak Djokovic remains the guy to beat on the Tour.

Recently, Mouratoglou tweeted his opinions on the finest player in the world. He categorically declared that it is legendary Serbian player Novak Djokovic. He clarified that Alcaraz might eventually overtake him as the top player if he keeps playing well. He believes Novak Djokovic to be the greatest player of all time, though, for the time being.

Mouratoglou said: ”The best player in the world is the number one. And It’s Novak Djokovic. If Alcaraz is number one tomorrow, we can say it is Alcaraz. I think Carlos Alcaraz is an incredible player and no doubt he will be number one for years. But at the moment all I can say is Novak is the best.”
