Jannik Sinner has just reached the Miami final after defeating Carlos Alcaraz. The Italian sensation will take on Daniil Medvedev for the title in Florida. Nevertheless, Jannik has a horrible 0-5 head-to-head record against the Russian player, and he needs to find a way to finally defeat him.

During the press conference that followed his semi-final, Jannik explained what his approach would be against Daniil Medvedev on Sunday.

“We already had one final in Rotterdam. I was able to win one set there. We had a couple of matches or some more where we went third set,” said Sinner.

“Also, there I need to make some changes, trying to mix up the game a little bit also. Then we see. But, you know, I feel ready to compete, happy to be in the final, and let’s see how it goes.”
