Becker: Djokovic’s 2014 was perfect

Boris Becker sounds quite happy for Novak Djokovic’s 2014. The Serbian won 7 tournaments (1 slam in Wimbledon ) and he has ended the season as the deserving world no.1.  So, Nole had a really great run, but probably Boris was a bit too much optimistic to call it “perfect”. In fact, a player like Djokovic is expected to win more than a slam during his prime.

Boris commented “Well we have finished the year as number one, so you know it was pretty much a perfect year. He won the Wimbledon tournament earlier in the year and became world champion.

I couldn’t ask for a better year. The opposition doesn’t sleep…we have to go back to the practice courts soon.”

Boris has been confirmed by Djokovic for the following season trying to have a “perfecter” 2015.
