Jack Draper had to withdraw from the Miami Open since he did not recover from his abdominal injury picked up during his match against Carlos Alcaraz in Indian Wells. This was his statement on social media.

Emma Raducanu and her injury

Emma had a rather good fortnight in Indian Wells, where she reached the fourth round. However, tennis fans picked up on the fact that the British sensation seemed to struggle a lot with her rest during some training sessions in Miami. Emma is up against fellow former US Open champion Bianca Andreescu in the first round. It will be interesting to see how she will cope with her wrist.
