Carlos Alcaraz’ coach Ferrero: “I have the goal to put him on the high level of tennis.”

Carlos Alcaraz And His Coach Ferrero

Carlos Alcaraz reached his 3rd consecutive final in 2023 on Saturday after beating Jannik Sinner. He will face Daniil Medvedev for the title in the desert. Carlitos has a solid relationship with his coach and former world number 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero. The Spaniard has been grooming Carlitos for many years and has clearly stated that his target is to help Alcaraz play at his very best.

Soon After Alcaraz won the US Open, Ferrero stated: “I have the goal to put him on the high level of tennis. Of course, I think it’s going to be very, very difficult to achieve what they have done in tennis. We’re talking about 22 Grand Slams. He has only one. Is a long way still to go.

But who knows? I think he has all the tennis and potential to be one of the best. All we have to do is try it.”
