Nishikori beats Agassi in exhibition

It’s exhibition time!

During this “Davis Cup time”, not many people have probably noticed that Kei Nishikori and Andre Agassi played an exhibition in Tokyo.

Kei is trying to strengthen his image at home (and getting some cash out of it) and a nice exhibition with the Great Andre was a perfect occasion.

The public was delighted by some “exhibition like” shots with Nishikori wrapping up the match (ehm… the set) at the very end.

Andre: Kei has everything to win a slam

During an interview Agassi was very explicit about Nishikori’s chances to win a slam

“Listen, he was one match away from U.S. Open. Probably the biggest reason for (not winning the major) was the physical wear and tear over the course of the tournament, and sometimes that’s a bit unlucky.

There is no question in my mind he believes he can win a slam. I’ve seen him play with that purpose. From a talent perspective, he’s very capable of winning a Grand Slam. He’s dynamic and incredibly fast.”
