We received bad news from the US through Senator Rick Scott that Homeland Security denied Novak Djokovic’s vaccine waiver request. Novak is not vaccinated for coronavirus and, for this reason, is not allowed to enter the United States and play in Indian Wells and Miami. The world number 1 asked for a special exemption, but according to the following tweet from senator Rick Scott Novak, he had no luck.
🚨 BREAKING: We have been told that @DHSgov just denied @DjokerNole's vaccine waiver request, making him ineligible to compete in the US next week in CA & in the @MiamiOpen. @JoeBiden must fix this NOW, grant the waiver & allow him to compete here in the states. https://t.co/TSD10yM8u6
