Dominic Thiem and Emma Raducanu will have direct access to the Miami main draw, thanks to a couple of wildcards. Both players are US Open champions, but according to the current rankings, they should have played the qualifying rounds to start their run in Florida from the main draw. These are the latest entry lists in Miami: ATP and WTA (Raducanu is to be added to the wildcards list).
Dominic Thiem in 2023
LLLLLWLWLL At the moment ranked no.99, Thiem played his last match on the 28th of February when he surrendered to world no.100 Christian Garin 6-2 7-6(2) in the 1st round in Santiago (draw).
At present, during this year Dominic achieved a compiled 1-7 win-loss record.
He is also scheduled to play in Miami (Miami Open) after Indian Wells. The main draw will start on the 8th of March.
Emma Raducanu in 2023
LWWLLWWLWW Currently the world no.80, Raducanu played her last match on the 18th of January when she was overcome by world no.6 Cori Gauff 6-3 7-6(4) in the 2nd round of the Australian Open (draw).
This year Emma has a composed 2-2 match record.
She is also scheduled to play in Miami (Miami Open) after Indian Wells. The main draw will start on the 8th of March.
