Weird stuff from Lucas Pouille.
Currently ranked no.32, the Frenchman didn’t have a fantastic season even if he started pretty well with a title in Montpelier in February. Later on, things went south for Lucas that ended the season with an unflattering 22-20 win-loss record and unfortunately his last match was his defeat in the 3rd single of the Davis Cup final.
Even if this wasn’t Lucas finest season, people were shocked for his announcement on a social media that he decided to retire after Chardy was chosen in his place to play the 1st single of the Davis Cup final.
However, the good news is that after a few minutes, Lucas deleted the message stating that he was hacked and he has no intention at all to retire.
Was it a prank?
