Bad news (but expected) form Rafael Nadal. The King of Clay announced he will not play in Paris citing “personal reasons”.
We all know that this “personal reasons” are the problem he has with his appendicitis. Rafa has been on antibiotics for some time and he has also surprised everybody with his decision of playing in Shanghai (defeated to Lopez) and in Basel.
Rafa is widely expected to have the operation to his appendicitis as soon as he ends his tournament in Basel.
After that it might take 6 weeks for Rafa to recover and be ready for a hopefully great 2015. The Spanish Legend has confirmed his participation at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship.
