During an interview at the end of last season, the upcoming American player said that she feels she has already a top10 tennis. However, she surprised everyone in January when she failed to qualify for the main draw of the Australian Open.
Alycia is bouncing back in style in France, reaching this final. Alycia has already gained 17 places in the live rankings and on Monday she will be ranked at least no. 62. If she wins the tournament in Lyon, she will be ranked 51.
