Novak Djokovic will lead the draw for the ATP 500 that will be staged in Dubai from February 27th onward. Rafael Nadal is, in theory, on the entry list, but he is not expected to play since he has been recovering from a hip injury. It will also be interesting to see if Djokovic will indeed take part in the tournament after struggling with his hamstring during the entire Australian summer.

Novak Djokovic in 2023
LWWWLWLWWW Ranked world no.1, Djokovic played his last match on the 29th of January when he beat world no.3 Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-3 7-6(4) 7-6(5) in the final of the Australian Open to win his 93rd career title.
This season the Serbian owns an overall 12-0 match record. Novak clinched 2 titles in 2023 in Adelaide and Australian Open.
Djokovic will play next in Dubai (Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships). He will start to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 27th of February.
Rafael Nadal in 2023
Ranked no.6, Rafael played his last match on the 18th of January when he was overcome by world no.63 Mackenzie Mcdonald 6-4 6-4 7-5 in the 2nd round of the Australian Open (draw).
Currently, during this season the Spaniard has achieved an overall 1-3 win-loss record.
He is also scheduled to play in Dubai (Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships) after Doha. The main draw will start on the 20th of February.
Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal fought against each other 59 times. Their current head to head is 30-29 for Djokovic. The last time they squared off, Rafael Nadal won 6-2 4-6 6-2 7-6(4) in the quarter in Paris (French Open) in May 2022.
