After winning the Australian Open, Novak Djokovic is again the new world no.1, preceding Carlos Alcaraz, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Casper Ruud.

Novak Djokovic in 2023
Ranked no.1, the Serbian played his last match on the 29th of January when he defeated world no.3 Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-3 7-6(4) 7-6(5) in the final of the Australian Open to win his 93rd career title.
Presently, during this year Novak achieved a compiled 12-0 match record. The Serbian clinched 2 titles in 2023 in Adelaide and Australian Open.
Carlos Alcaraz in 2023
Currently the world no.2, the Spaniard played his last match on the 4th of November 2022 when he had to retire when playing against world no.9 Holger Rune in the quarter and the scoreline was 6-3 6-6 .
Currently, during this year Carlos has a 57-13 match record.
Alcaraz is scheduled to compete next in Buenos Aires (Argentina Open). He will start from the main draw that will commence on the 13th of February.
Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz faced off only on 1 occasion. Their current head to head is 1-0 for Alcaraz. When they played, Carlos Alcaraz won 6-7(5) 7-5 7-6(5) in the semifinal in Madrid (Mutua Madrid Open) in May 2022.

Stefanos Tsitsipas in 2023
Ranked world no.3 (career-high), Stefanos played his last match on the 29th of January when he was defeated by world no.1 Novak Djokovic 6-3 7-6(4) 7-6(5) in the final in the Australian Open (draw).
Presently, during this year the Greek has a 10-1 win-loss record. Stefanos Tsitsipas’s latest run at the Australian Open was the best achievement of his season.
Casper Ruud in 2023
Currently the world no.4, the Norwegian played his last match on the 19th of January when he was defeated by world no.38 Jenson Brooksby 6-3 7-5 6-7(4) 6-2 in the 2nd round in the Australian Open (draw).
Until now, during this year Ruud has a 2-3 match record.
Stefanos Tsitsipas and Casper Ruud played each other 3 times. The head to head is 2-1 for Tsitsipas. Before, the last time they competed against each other, Stefanos Tsitsipas won 6-1 6-4 in the quarter in Toronto (Rogers Cup) in August 2021.
